During this meeting the project team presented the following to Town Council members:

• Existing strengths the Town has and can build off

• Current challenges to revitalizing Downtown

• Opportunities the Town can consider, including: 

• An updated form-based zoning code

• Transit-oriented development (TOD)

• Redevelopment of under-utilized properties in close proximity to Downtown
